RPM eco is by far the largest and most advanced collector and recycler in the management of contaminated empty plastic containers.
What are your long-term sustainability goals and how do they relate to petroleum and automotive packaging?
We support companies in their circular economy actions by taking charge of the entire environmental cycle linked to their used plastic containers.
From collection to repurposing using mechanical recycling - allowing the use of PCR material in new containers - we help them finally close the loop on their packaging.
Because of the unique services we provide, RPM eco plays a key role in ESG programs. Specifically, unlike other companies, we collect volumes of any size -large or small. The ability to manage multiple, small volumes is unique to our company. Moreover, our mechanical recycling process uses industrial wastewater as a cleaning agent. The result: we produce a clean 100% PCR resin ready to be used in the production of packaging materials.
At RPM eco, we believe that our world is a reflection of who we are. Everything we do has an effect on our fellow humans, on our economy, on our planet. Some people like to wash their hands of things. We prefer to get ours dirty. We do this by working cleanly, intelligently, and together.
How does your NLCRC membership help your company to meet your sustainability goals and commitments?
Combining RPM eco’s expertise with the efforts of the NLCRC supports the mutual goal of reducing environmental impact and developing sustainable solutions across the value chain.
